Terms and Conditions for the 1:1 Social Media Mentoring Sessions

General Information:
This document outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the 1:1 Social Media Mentoring Sessions offered by The Marketing Station. By registering for this course, participants (hereafter referred to as “Client”) agree to be bound by these terms.

Course Enrollment:
1. Eligibility: The Client must be a business owner or entrepreneur seeking to improve their social media marketing skills.
2. Registration: Client must complete the registration form and pay the course fee in full to secure their spot.
3. Payment: A fee of $1,250 CAD is required to enroll in this course. This fee must be paid in full before the first session via the payment methods available on the registration page.

Course Delivery:
1. Format: The course consists of five (5) personalized 45-minute sessions conducted via Zoom.
2. Scheduling: Sessions must be scheduled at least one week in advance and are subject to availability. The Client is responsible for scheduling their sessions using the online booking system provided.

Cancellation and Refunds:
1. Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel their enrollment up to 7 days before the course begins for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date will result in a 50% refund.
2. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice. Sessions missed without proper notice are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
3. Provider Cancellation: In the unlikely event of a session cancellation by the provider, the client will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund for the cancelled session.

Intellectual Property:
1. Materials Provided: All course materials, including but not limited to worksheets, presentations, and guides, are proprietary and are provided solely for the client’s personal/business use and may not be distributed or reproduced without prior written consent from [Your Business Name].
2. Client Content: All content created by the client during the course remains the property of the client.

All information shared during the course, including business information and social media strategies, will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client’s written consent.

The effectiveness of the social media strategies taught in this course can vary depending on various factors including but not limited to market conditions and individual implementation by the client. The Marketing Station does not guarantee specific results.

Agreement to Terms:
By completing the registration for the 1:1 Social Media Mentoring Sessions, the Client agrees to these terms and conditions, confirming their understanding and agreement.
